At Ample Dreams Educom, we are committed to providing high-quality education. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The institute cancels a batch or program before it commences
- A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error
- A medical emergency (supported by valid documentation) prevents attendance before the first class
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Admission or registration fees
- Fees paid after the batch has commenced
- Study materials, books, and printed resources provided
- Fees for completed test series or examinations
- Fees where the student voluntarily withdraws or discontinues
- Fees for any portion of the course already delivered
- Fees paid for demo or trial classes
Cancellation Policy
Student-Initiated Cancellation:
- Students may withdraw from a program at any time by submitting a written request
- ⚠️ No refund will be issued for student-initiated cancellations once the batch has started
- Cancellation before the first class may be considered for a partial refund (excluding registration fees)
Institute-Initiated Cancellation:
- If we cancel a batch before it begins, a full refund of tuition fees will be issued
- If we discontinue a program mid-way, a pro-rated refund for the remaining sessions will be provided
- Registration and material fees remain non-refundable
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the following timelines apply:
- Review period: 7–10 working days from receipt of request and supporting documents
- Approval notification: Within 3 working days of review completion
- Payment processing: 7–14 working days after approval
- Bank credit: Additional 3–5 working days depending on your bank
Special Exceptions
In extraordinary circumstances, the management may exercise discretion. The following documentation is required:
- Medical emergency: Original medical certificate from a registered doctor
- Relocation: Proof of relocation outside Ahmedabad (e.g., transfer letter)
- Bereavement: Death certificate of immediate family member
All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of the management is final and binding.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter as follows:
- Submit a written appeal to the institute director within 14 days of the decision
- Include all relevant documentation and a clear explanation of your grounds for appeal
- The director's decision will be communicated within 10 working days
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
