By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

• Coaching programs are available for students of Classes 6 to 12
• Students below 18 must have parent/guardian consent
• Parents/guardians accept these Terms on behalf of the student

• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• Admission is strictly non-transferable
• Sharing login or admission details is prohibited
• We reserve the right to cancel admission if false information is found

We provide:

• Academic coaching (School & Board)
• Test series and examinations
• Doubt-solving sessions
• Academic mentoring

• Fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule
• ⚠️ All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
• ⚠️ No cancellation or refund after admission confirmation
• Late payment may attract additional charges
• We are not responsible for payment failures due to technical or banking issues

Students must:

• Maintain discipline
• Respect faculty and staff
• Follow institute rules

Strictly Prohibited:

• Misbehavior or disruption
• Sharing study materials without permission
• Recording or distributing lectures

All study materials, tests, and content are the property of AMPLE DREAMS EDUCOM.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

• We do not guarantee specific academic results
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses
• Liability is limited to the fees paid

We may use third-party platforms (payment gateways, communication tools).

We are not responsible for their services or policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
